解剖型钢板内固定治疗65例胫骨远端骨折临床分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨解剖型钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的手术方法和临床疗效。方法:应用解剖型钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折65例,根据AO分型:A型13例,B型37例,C型15例。结果:术后患者均骨性愈合,无感染、无断钉,愈合时间9~15周(平均11.5周),采用Mazur等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统:优35例,良25例,可3例,差2例。结论:对胫骨远端骨折患者应用塑型良好的胫骨远端内、外侧解剖型钢板治疗,手术操作相对容易,内固定钢板符合胫骨远端解剖特点,具有操作简便,损伤小,疗效好,符合现代微创技术要求。 Objective:To investigate the methods and curative effect of distal tibial fracture by operation.Methods:65 patients with distal tibial fracture were treated from January 2000 to January 2007 with anatomic plate internal fixation. According to AO classification:type A 13 cases, type B 37 cases,type C 15 cases.Results:All cases were followed up for 8 - 36 months (averaged 18 months) , and the results showed that 25 cases were excellent,25 cases better,3 cases poor,2 cases were bad by Mazur's criterion.AU cases had recov- ered with healing in 9 - 15 weeks (averaged 11.5 weeks).Conclusion:The application of anatomic plate in the treatment of distal tibial fracture has advantages of convenient operation, rigid fixation and anatomical characteristic. It is a better minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fracture with the right operation time.
