摘要
在经济社会发展中,为保障发展的科学性,必须依托相应的机制。构建科学发展长效机制要以科学理论为指导,结合科学发展的内涵,构建起学习教育、联系群众、科学决策、协调运行、评估监督、奖惩激励、完善创新等方面的机制,同时完善科学发展长效机制的组织、人才、技术、制度、物质等方面的保障措施,以实现经济社会的科学发展。
Economic and social development has to depend on corresponding mechanism to ensure scientific devel- opment. To set up the long-time scientific development mechanism,we have to establish series of idiographic mecha- nisms,such as learning and education, contacting with the masses,scientific decision-making,coordinated operating,e- valuating and supervising,perfecting and innovating,guided by scientific theory,combined with the connotation of sci- entific development.Besides,we should also pefect safeguard measures in organizations,human resources,technolo- gies,systems and materials.
