摘要
消费革命与生态主义都是18世纪以来工业文明的产物,但它们却表达了对工业文明的两种大相径庭的态度:前者对工业文明和技术理性满怀乐观,以至于成为消费主义潮流的滥觞;而后者则对工业文明及其结果保持反思和警醒,最终形成了对于当今社会政治经济影响巨大的生态主义势力。生态消费模式的设想把生态消费视为人们在生态危机和环境压力下的被动选择,然而生态消费更应该是消费时代人们主动选择的一种消费方式、生活方式乃至于生存方式。
consumption revolution and ecological doctrine are the products of industrial civilization since the 18th century. The former shows an optimistic attitude on industrial civilization and technological rationality, so it started the tide of consumerism; yet, the latter reflects on and gets vigilant for the outcome of industrial eivihzation and finally helps to form a strong ecological force that produces great influence on the politics and economy of today' s society. Ecological consumption is regarded as people' s passive choice in the ecological crisis and under environmental pressure. Contrarily, it should be an active choice as a way of consumption, way of life or way of survival.
