永磁同步电动机互馈对拖测试平台的研究 被引量:17

摘要 设计了一种伺服驱动器-永磁同步电动机(PMSM)互馈对拖测试平台,在简述矢量控制原理的基础上,建立了该测试平台机械轴模型,并采用Simulink对整个测试平台进行了仿真分析。在实际建立的伺服驱动器-PMSM互馈对拖测试平台上对伺服驱动器、PMSM进行了实际运行测试,试验结果表明该测试平台运行效率较高,优于其他现有测试平台。另外,给出了共用交流母线与共用直流母线的两种互馈对拖测试平台的损耗与效率分析,提出了能效比的概念,能够有效地表征测试平台的节能效果。 A mutual-feeding mutual-driving test-bed for servo-PMSM was designed. Based on the brief descrip- tion of vector control, the mechanical shaft model of the test bed was built and the whole test bed was analyzed by u- sing of Simulink. The servo drive and PMSM were actually operated and tested on the servo-PMSM mutual-feeding mutual-driving test-bed. The results showed that the test bed operates in a very high efficiency and is better than other existing test beds. In addition, the loss and efficiency analysis of two kinds of test bed for common AC bus and com- mon DC bus were given, and puts forward a concept of energy efficiency ratio, which can effectively characterize the energy-saving effect of the test bed.
