摘要
原始资料因为时间原因变得模糊不清,人眼无法识别相关内容,把这些原始资料变为数字图象输入计算机,运用数字图象处理技术对这些数字图像进行去除噪声、增强、复原、分割等处理,将其还原达到人眼可以看清的效果,可以保存资料和进行历史研究。
If the corresponding contents of blurry source materials are difficult for naked eye to identify, it is feasible to preserve the materi- als and carry out history research by inputting the digital images of source materials into a computer, disposing the images with the technology of noise removal, enhancement, restoration, segmentation and reverting them to the effect of visibility.
