摘要
本文首先分析了机非混行交叉中交通参与者行人、非机动车、机动车三者的交通特性,其次,通过研究常用的交通管理控制措施,从交通性、安全性以及环境要求等三方面,对其进行了机非混行条件下的适用性分析,认为有必要建立一种同时考虑机动车、非机动车、行人、道路、环境等五个方面的利益的交通管理控制模型,由此建立了基于效益最大化的机非混行交叉口交通管理控制模型,并研究了其适用性。
This paper analysed the traffic characteristics among traffic participants:pedestrians,non-motor vehicles and motor vehicles in motor and non-motor vehicles mixed junctions firstly,then, through researching common traffic management control measures,analysed the applicability in the condition of motor and non-motor vehicles mixed junctions from three aspects:traffic,security and environment requirments,and thought it necessary to establish a traffic management control model considering five aspects' profits:vehicles.non-motor vehicles,pedestrians,roads and environments at the same time,from this,established a traffic management control model about motor and non-motor vehicles mixed junctions based on maximum benefits,and researched the applicability.
