摘要
近年来在消防部队经费不断增长的新情况下,经费管理的工作量和难度也随之加大。笔者针对当前消防部队经费管理中存在的经费预算编制的盲目性、经费支出的随意性、经费收支审计的边缘化等薄弱环节进行分析、研究,并提出解决上述问题的对策,以供讨论并求指正。
In recent years, with the new condition of increasing outlay of the fire forces, the workload and the difficulty of the management become much heavier. Author analyzes and researches the weakness problems of blindly budgeting and ad unbending outlay payout and audit marginalization of outlay income and expenses, proposed the measures to solve these problems.
