摘要
目的观察艾唯多滴眼液与曲伏前列素滴眼液联合应用时,缓解曲伏前列素滴眼液所致患者眼部刺激征的效果,并观察二者联合应用时,对曲伏前列素降眼压效果的影响。方法选取临床诊断为原发性开角型青光眼和高眼压症的患者35例(67眼),随机分为试验组与对照组。试验组19例(37眼)滴用曲伏前列素与艾唯多滴眼液,每晚各1次,每次各1滴;对照组16例(30眼)只滴曲伏前列素,每晚1次,每次1滴,共随访10周。观察并记录用药前及用药后2周、6周、10周2组患者的眼压、结膜充血以及患者自觉眼部症状(眼痛、干涩感、异物感)情况。结果用药后试验组6眼有异物感,1眼有干涩感;对照组2眼有隐痛,4眼有干涩感,4眼有异物感。用药后对照组结膜充血较明显,共有9眼(30.0%)出现了结膜充血体征;而试验组共有4眼(10.8%)出现了结膜充血体征,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组平均眼压从治疗前的(25.43±1.61)mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg)降至治疗后10周时的(17.13±1.81)mmHg,眼压下降了32.6%;对照组从(25.37±1.57)mmHg降至(17.05±1.56)mmHg,眼压下降了32.8%;用药后的2周、6周、10周,试验组和对照组眼压与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.01),但相同时间点2组眼压比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.01)。结论联合艾唯多滴眼液用药可以有效的缓解患者在使用曲伏前列素时的眼部刺激征,提高患者的依从性,并且不影响曲伏前列素降眼压的效果。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of naphazoline on relieving the ocular stimulus symptoms caused by travoprost,and observe the effect of naphazoline combined with travoprost on down-regulating the intraocular pressure（IOP）.Methods Using the randomized,parallel control study,35 patients（67 eyes） with primary open angle glaucoma（POAG） and ocular hypertension（OHT） were divided into treated group and control group.Nineteen patients（37 eyes） in treated group received travoprost and naphazoline once a night,one drop of each drug,and only travoprost in 16 patients（30 eyes） of control group,the follow-up time was 10 weeks.IOP,conjunctival congestion and self-conscious ocular symptom（eye pain,dry sensation,foreign body sensation） were observed and recorded before treatment and at 2 weeks,6 weeks,10 weeks after treatment.Results In treated group,6 eyes had foreign body sensation and 1 eye had dry sensation after treatment,while in control group,2 eyes had dull pain,4 eyes had foreign body sensation and 4 eyes had dry sensation.Conjunctival hyperemia in control group was obvious and appeared in 9 eyes （30%） after treatment,while 4 eyes （10.8%） in treated group,there was statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The average IOP in treated group decreased from （25.43 ±1.61） mmHg （1 kPa=7.5 mmHg） before treatment to （16.13 ±2.92）mmHg after treatment,which in control group was from （25.37±1.57）mmHg to （17.05±1.56）mmHg,and the decreased rate was 32.6%,32.8% respectively.Compared with IOP before treatment,there were all significant differences at 2 weeks,6 weeks and 10 weeks after treatment of two groups（all P〈0.01）,but there was no statistical difference of IOP between two groups at the same time points（all P〉0.01）.Conclusion Travoprost combined with naphazoline is effective to relieve the ocular stimulus symptoms caused by travoprost,increase the compliableness of patients and has no influence on reducing IOP leaded by travoprost.
