摘要
在当代世界风云变幻、中国改革开放和现代化建设处于攻坚克难的条件下,高校的文化建设遇到了前所未有的冲击和挑战。只有坚持社会主义办学方向,把廉政文化同思想政治教育理论教学结合起来,营造优良的校园文化氛围,塑造校园精神,才能促进学生整体素质积极向上发展。
Amidst the constant changes in the world, and the waves of China＇s reform and opening--up and modernization, the cultural construction of higher education in China is confronted with unprecedented impact and challenge. Only if we stick to the socialist educational direction, and integrate clean government culture with the ideological and political education, can we create favorable campus culture and spirit to nurture overall qualified graduates.
