摘要
化工原理实验测量数据多,数据处理比较繁琐。文章采用模块化结构,编制了化工原理课程传热实验数据处理程序,实现了对空气热物性、传热系数、传热准则数等的计算,并进行实验数据误差分析,多元线性回归及方差分析。很大程度上减小了实验测量数据处理的工作量,提高了数据的精确度,能够起到排除主观因素影响,快捷、准确地给出实验结果,指出实验错误,强化实验教学,提高实验效果的目的。
Experiment data processing in the course of chemical engineering principle is relatively complicated. By using the modular structure, this paper established the processing program of heat transfer data in the cause of chemical engineering principle, realized the calculation of the air hot nature, the heat transfer coefficient and the heat transfer criterion. Simultaneously, it can analyze the ex- periment errors, and multiple linear regression and variance. It can reduce the work load of experiment data and improve the data precision. Therefore, it can eliminate the effects of subjective factors, quickly provide the experiment results accurately. Meanwhile, it can point out the experiment errors, strengthen experiment teaching, and improve the experiment effects.
