摘要
以2种类型北美红杉(观赏型和用材型)的嫩枝为外植体,通过植株再生与生根条件的研究,解决北美红杉生根的关键问题,建立起标准化的离体繁殖技术体系。结果表明:北美红杉是一种较易增殖的木本植物,2种类型增殖的适宜培养基均是MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+KT0.1mg/L;无机盐浓度是其生根的关键因子,基本培养基所有成分降为原来的1/4时,生根快且齐,生根的最佳培养基是1/4MS+NAA0.4mg/L,但观赏型北美红杉较用材型生根效果好。
Take two types(watching type and wooding type)of softwood as explants,by studying the plant regeneration and rooting condition,to establish standardized in vitro propagation technology system for Sequoia sempervirens(Larnb.)Endl.The results showed that Sequoia sempervirens(Larnb.)Endl was a kind of woody plant multiplication easily and the inorganic salt concentration was the key factor for its rooting;their optimal multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+KT0.1 mg/L,and the best rooting medium was 1/4MS+NAA 0.4 mg/L,the watching type rooting better than the wooding type.
