摘要
农业科技进步对促进农业经济增长的作用日益增强。在探讨农业科技进步内涵的基础上,初步建立农业科技进步的评价体系,并在贵州省农业发展中予以应用与分析。分析结果表明,贵州农业科技进步在研究与创新、科技成果的推广、劳动者素质及农业组织化程度等方面都得到较好的体现,农业科技进步对贵州省农业生产的支撑引领作用初步显现。根据贵州农业科技进步的现状,提出今后贵州农业科技进步的对策与建议。
Agricultural science and technology progress plays an important role in increment of agricultural economy. The evaluation system of agricultural science and technology progress is established based on analyzing the connotation of agricultural science and technology progress. The evaluation system is applied and analyzed in agricultural development of Guizhou province. The results showed that agricultural science and technology progress had a better reflection in research and innovation, popularization of science and technology achievements, quality of workers and degree of agricultural organization in Guizhou province. Agricultural science and technology progress has the support and guiding effect on agricultural production in Guizhou province. The paper puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion for further speeding up agricultural science and technology progress according to the current situation of agricultural science and technology progress in Guizhou province.
