摘要
煤系硬质高岭土因有机质、铁、钛等有害成分的影响,原矿白度较低,应用范围受到限制。通过超细粉碎—除有机质—还原除铁—焙烧等工艺深加工处理后,可得到白度>80%、粒度<1μm大于90%的高岭土精粉,产品档次大为提高。
Because of deadly contents such as inorganic materials, iron and titanium in strata, the brightness of raw hard kaolin are decreased which confines their application fields. Through the deep process of ultra pulverization, removing inorganic materials, taking off iron by reduction method and roasting treatment, the kaolin concentration, whth brightness 80 per cent more and particle size less than 90 per cent, can be obtained. The deep treatment is characteristic of non pollution and low production cost as well as other ideal parameters. Bleached and roasted kaolin products are applied to coating and filling for paper manufacture since the improving of quality. The test indicates that the optimum bleaching process in raw ores, rough crushing,ultra crushing, inorganic matters removal,iron removal by reduction, ore wash, filtration, drying ,concentrates powder. The optimum conditions are that the amount of dispersed agent is 7g/kg,carbon removal agent 25g/kg and reduced agent 9g/kg.
