摘要
采用传统的机械选矿方法处理昆钢包子铺褐铁矿很难达到铁精矿品位57%以上。采用磁化焙烧-磁选工艺处理包子铺褐铁矿,能有效提高铁精矿品位,可以得到铁精矿产率55.27%,铁品位59.47%,铁回收率92.86%的良好指标。氯化离析-弱磁选探索试验处理昆钢包子铺褐铁矿可以得到铁精矿产率36.26%,铁品位77.24%,含P 0.22%,铁回收率80.20%的指标。
When traditional beneficiation methods were adopted to treat limonite in Baozipu iron ore of Dongchuan Mine, it would be difficult to obtain a concentrate with a grade of over 57%. Magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation was proved to be an ideal process to increase the grade of Baozipu iron ore, as an improved index of a yield of 55.27% , a grade of 59.47% , and a recovery of 92.86% , can be achieved. The trial test of chlorination segregation-low intensity magnetic separation has been conducted, and an index of a yield, grade, recovery, and phosphorus content of 36.26%, 77.24%, 80.20% and 0.22%, respectively, can be obtained.
