摘要
高校是培养人才的摇篮,维护高校安全稳定是高校人才培养的前提条件,也是高校自身发展的基本保障。通过对美国密苏里大学堪萨斯分校校园安全管理现状的实证分析,认为人性化的管理使命、法制化的管理政策、专业化的管理队伍、现代化的管理预警机制是其现状的主要特色,探索这些特色对我国高校安全管理有一定的借鉴意义。
Colleges and universities are the cradle of training, to maintain security and stability of colleges and universities is a prerequisite for university personnel training, and also the basic guarantee of the college selfdevelopment. Through the empirical analysis safety management status of Kansas City Branch School campus of Missouri University, the article thought that the humane management mission, the legal management policies, the professional management team, and the modern management of early-warning mechanisms are the main features of their condition, and to explore these features of the safety management has a certain significance reference to Chinese Universities.
