摘要
教材招标采购是高校教材工作的重要环节,而评标工作又是招标工作的关键环节.本文针对这一问题,将层次分析法应用于评标工作的全过程,定性与定量相结合,并以一个实例印证了该方法的可行性,以期为高校教材招标采购评标工作提供科学的依据.
Textbooks to be procured by way of bidding is quite important in textbooks procurement work in the university, while evaluation of bid is the key link. In view of it, the present paper expounds applying step analysis method to procedure of bid evaluation through combination of qualitative and quantitative and proves it's feasibility with an example, which provides scientific basis for bid evaluation work in textbooks procurement work in the university.
