The Gene Silenceing on siRNA Mediated by chromation

摘要 探讨了siRNA在染色质调控中的作用,指出siRNA可使靶DNA发生甲基化并参与异染色质的形成以抑制基因表达。 The effect of siRNA on chromatin regulation was studied. It was pointed out that RNA interfering could make targeted DNA methylation and participates formation of heterochromatin to inhibit gene expression.
