摘要
SHL40-2.5/400-AII锅炉本体水冷壁为单管式鳍片管结构,焊接变形复杂,不易控制。分析了该锅炉本体水冷壁鳍片管焊接变形的种类和产生机制,试验研究了水平位置对称焊接、斜向对称焊接以及鳍片预先开槽口的斜向对称焊接三种焊接工艺方案下鳍片管焊接变形(弯曲变形、扭曲变形及波浪变形)的基本规律,并制定了具体的焊接工艺规范参数。试验结果表明,采用鳍片预先开槽口的斜向对称焊工艺方案焊接的鳍片管焊缝质量可靠,外形尺寸偏差小,宏观弯曲变形、扭曲变形和波浪变形等均符合JB/T5255-91技术条件要求。
The water wall of SHL40-2.5/400-AII boiler is single finned tube,whose welding deformation is complicated and can not be controlled easily.The paper analyzed the welding deformation style and mechanism.The basic rules of welding deformation (bending deformation, torsional deformation and wave deformation) during symmetry welding in horizontal position, slant symmetry welding and slant symmetry welding with groove on the fin were studied, and the welding parameters were established.The results showed that the welding quality was dependable and the outside dimension deviation was low;the bending deformation, torsional deformation and wave deformation complied with JB/T5255-91 when using slant symmetry welding with groove on the fin.
