摘要 根据拖拉机机电一体化的要求,设计了基于CAN总线的拖拉机虚拟仪表系统。该系统根据SAE J1939标准定义了适用于拖拉机的CAN总线应用层协议;其中硬件电路主要包括主控制器C8051F040,CAN接口收发器PCA82C250及外围电路和相关信号调理电路;软件设计采用C语言和汇编程序语言相结合的编程原理进行单片机程序设计和CAN节点程序设计,并运用虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW设计拖拉机虚拟仪表显示界面,从而实现对拖拉机各种状态信息的实时显示和多页显示。 In accordance with the requirements of Mechatronics, a virtual instrument system based on CAN bus and virtual instrument technology to display the information of tractor was designed. The system consulted the SAE J1939 standard and defined a CAN bus application layer protocol for the tractor. The hardware circuit included the SCM C8051F040 as main controller, the PCA82C250 as the CAN interface transceiver and peripheral assistant circuit and associated signal disposing circuit. The CAN node program was designed by adopting the principle of the C language combining assembler programming language. This paper utilized the LabVIEW software for designing the virtual instrument program and displaying interfaces, which may be able to reflect status messages of tractor with real-timed and multi-page display.
