摘要
本文根据车床加工螺纹的传功原理,分析采用传统方法,加工模数螺纹存在的缺点,探讨高精度蜗杆加工的机床传功设计方法,利用本方法,可在理论上结构设计上、热变形等各方面更容易保证获得高精度模数蜗杆.
On the basis of transmission principle of machining spiral burr in lathe,this paper analyses the shortcoming of machining modular spiral burr in traditional way and discusses the design means of machine tool transmission by which high precision worm screw can be machined.This mean guarantees high precision of worm screw in theory,structure design and in getting out of shape.
