摘要
本文分析了国内数字参考咨询个性化服务的现状,指出我国数字参考咨询个性化服务推进过程中存在的问题,并对数字参考咨询个性化服务的发展提出了一些建议。
On the basis of analyzing the progress of digital reference personalized services practices at home, the author pointed out some problems that should be researched and resolved seriously in the field of personalized service of digital roference services in China, and presented some suggestions on the development of digital reference personalized services.
