摘要
基于目前汽车车内噪声控制标准和舒适性要求的提升,运用国内外在振动主动控制方面的研究成果,结合轿车车身自身的特点,利用压电陶瓷对轿车车身振动进行主动控制的研究。在对压电理论进行研究的基础上,设计了相应的控制系统,编写了振动采集控制程序,搭建了实验平台,并对某轿车车身进行了振动主动控制试验。试验结果表明,这种控制方法对轿车车身振动的控制是可行和有效的。
Based on the promotion of the noise control standard and the requirement of comfort in vehicles,using the newly research results of domestic and international in active vibration control,combining the vehicle's own characteristics,the researches of active vibration control of car-body using the piezoelectric ceramic were explained. The relevant control system and experimental platform have been set up according to the study of piezoelectric theory,and the experiments of active vibration control for car- body were performed. The control method is proved to be feasible and effective in the active vibration control of large complex structures.
