摘要
在介绍我国农村社会养老保险制度发展历程的基础上,探讨了基于协商民主的新型农村养老保险制度的运行模式,分析了存在的问题,提出了对策与建议。
Based on the introduction of the development process of China＇s new rural social endowment insurance system,the operation mode of new rural social endowment insurance system was discussed,the existing problems were analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
