摘要
目的对信息化支撑下的社区高血压规范化管理的效果进行评价。方法选取2006-01-01—2006-06-30到北京市德胜社区卫生服务中心及其下属站就诊的436例高血压患者作为研究对象,将其分为干预组271例和对照组165例,分别采用高血压社区规范化管理软件为基础的管理模式和常规管理方式对其进行管理,对管理2年后患者的情况进行比较分析。结果管理2年后,干预组与对照组相比,C-反应蛋白含量异常患者比例、微量清蛋白尿患者比例的净差值分别为-6.9%、-16.6%,干预组C-反应蛋白和微量清蛋白尿控制情况均好于对照组。结论信息化支撑下的社区高血压规范化管理使《中国高血压防治指南》切实应用于社区高血压的管理过程中,使高血压的社区管理更加科学、规范、有效,但部分软件内容需要调整,社区执行力需要加强。
Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized management of hypertension with information technology in community.Methods From January 1st 2006 to June 31st 2006,436 patients with hypertension from Desheng community health service center were selected and divided as trial group(n=271)and control group(n=165).Then the modes of management based on standardized management software and conventional management were respectively used for the patients in the two groups,and the effects two years later were assessed.Results After two years management,compared with the control group,the control conditions of C reactive protein(CRP)and microalbuminuria(MAU)in the trial group were better,with the net differences in abnormal rates being-6.9% and-16.6% respectively.Conclusion The standardized management of hypertension with information technology in community puts the "Guide to Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China" into practice,and make management of hypertension in community more scientific,standardized and effective.However,a part content of the software needs to be modified and executive force to be enhanced in community.
