摘要
目的通过检测乳腺癌患者手术前、后血小板计数的变化，为乳腺癌预后的判断和治疗方式的选择提供理论参考和依据。方法选2007年1月-2009年1月，保定市第二医院收治的乳腺癌患者62例，另选同期乳腺良性病手术患者47例作为对照。应用三分类血球计数仪，采集所有患者手术前3天和手术后第7天血小板计数，应用SPSS13．0系统软件对结果进行分析，比较各组的差异性。结果无论是术前，术后，血小板平均计数乳腺癌组均明显高于乳腺良性病变组。乳腺癌组血小板计数术后高于术前，乳腺良性病变纽血小板计数手术前、后无差别。结论乳腺癌可能导致血小板升高；乳腺癌手术与血小板升高相关，血小板升高与肿瘤的预后密切相关。
Objective This project aimed at providing theory basis for breast cancer prognosis and treatment through monitoring breast cancer patients＇blood platelet parameter change in the preceding 3 days of surgery and the 7 days after surgery. Methods Comparing 62 breast cancer patients with 47 innocence diseases patients No. 2 hospital in Hebei Baoding,from January,2007 to January,2009. Application of three - classification Globulimeter, all patients in three day before operation and seven day after operation were collected blood sample to blood platelets count, Analysing the result by using the SPSS system software and comparing the experimental group and the control group. Results The blood platelet count of breast cancer patients was remarkably higher than that of good venereal diseases patients, regardless of before or after surfery. The blood platelet count of breast cancer patients after surgery was higher than that before surgery, while there was no difference in blood platelet count of good venereal diseases patients before and after surgery. Conclusion Breast cancer may lead to increased Platelets. Breast cancer surgery was related with Platelet. It was pointed out that the rise of platelet was closely related with cancer prognosis.
