摘要
目的:观察生大黄联合善宁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2005年10月至2008年10月我科收治的急性胰腺炎患者71例,其中40例(对照组)行一般治疗及善宁注射,31例(观察组)在对照组的基础上进行生大黄胃管注入及保留灌肠。观察症状变化及血、尿淀粉酶、血常规、定期复查腹部超声及CT检查。结果:观察组平均腹痛缓解时间和发热持续时间均短于对照组,P<0.05,对照组显效率高于观察组,P<0.05。结论:生大黄和善宁联合应用治疗急性胰腺炎,可缓解腹痛、腹胀,改善全身炎症反应,缩短治疗时间。
Objective： To investigate the treatment with a combination of rhubarb and Octreotide forpatients with acute panereati- tis. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the 71 patients, who were treated in our department between October 2005 and October 2008. Forty patients （control group） received general treatment and the use of Octreotide, the other 31 patients （observation group） received both rhubarb - enchyma via gastric tube and clyster and before - mentioned therapeutics used to control group. The recovery of gastrointestinal functions, the content of amylase in serum and urine, hemogram, termly ultrasonic＇ and CT examination were observed in the two group. Results： in the observation group, the average time to mitigate bellyache amt the duration of fever were both shorter than those in the control group, P 〈 0. 05. and the rate of took effect was higher than that in the control group, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion： the treatment with a combination of rhubarb and Oetreotide is an effective therapy for symptom of patients with acute pancreatitis.
