摘要
目的研究尖叶光萼苔Porella setigera(steph.)Hatt.挥发油中的化学成分。方法采用乙醚冷浸及超声提取法从尖叶光萼苔中提取挥发油,运用GC-MS联用技术对挥发油中成分进行鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果从尖叶光萼苔挥发油中鉴定出30个化合物,其中含有大量的3,5,7-三甲基-2E,4E,6E,8E-十碳四烯、(1aR,7R,7aR,7bS)-1a,2,6,7,7a,7b-Hexahydro-1,1,7,7a-tetramethyl-1H-cyclopropa[a]naphthalene、[1S-(1α,4α,4aα,8aβ)]-1,2,3,4,4a,7,8,8a-八氢-1,6-二甲基-4-1-(1-甲乙基)-1-萘酚。结论这些化合物均为首次从该植物中发现。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Porella setigera ( Steph. )Hatt.. Methods Essential oil was extracted from plants by means of soaking at room temperature and ultrasound extraction and its chemical constituent were separated and identified by GC - MS. Relative content of volatile oil was determined by peak area normalization. 30 kinds of chemical constituents were identified from the volatile oil. Results 30 compounds were isolated and identified,which were composed of lots of 3,5,7 - Trimethyl - 2E ,4E ,6E ,8E - decatetraene, ( 1 aR,7R,7aR ,7bS) - la,2,6,7,7a,7b - Hexa hydro - 1,1,7,7a - tetramethyl - 1H - cyclopropa[ a] naphthalene, [ 1S - (1α,4α,4aα,8aβ)] - 1,2,3,4,4a,7,8,8a - Octahydro - 1,6 - dimethyl - 4 - ( 1 - meth- ylethyl) - 1 - naphthaleno. Conclusion These compounds were found from this plant for the first time.
