回顾任广西水利厅厅长期间统揽水利全局、决战2001年南宁大洪水、加快百色水利枢纽建设、建设40万座地头水柜、海堤建设、创建水利电业有限公司等工作历程。
The author was the head of Guangxi Water Resources Department before. A review was made on some memories engraved on his mind. During his term of office, he had taken the whole situation into account and planned accordingly, led the battle against the deluge of 2001 year occurred in Nanning, accelerated the construction of Baise Multipurpose Dam Project, completed the construction of 400,000 water tanks by the field, promoted the construction of sea dikes, and set up the Guangxi Water Resources ＆ Electric Power Group Co., Ltd.
