摘要
介绍了鞍钢将4座高炉煤气洗涤水的污泥(瓦斯泥)集中处理新工艺的尝试,重点阐述了工艺流程、运行方式、卧式螺旋离心机的工作原理、污泥处理投产初期存在的问题、改进措施及运行效果。
Thenewprocessforsludge（gassludge）fromgasscrubberwateroffourblastfur-naces of Anshan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd was presented.The process,operating mode and work prin-ciple of horizontal centrifuge were emphasized.The problems in initial stage of the sludge treat-ment,improvement measures as well as running effect were described.
