摘要
目的：探讨家属配合言语训练对于重度失语症的治疗作用。方法：50例重度失语症患者随机分为观察组26例和对照组24例，对照组仅接受常规药物治疗及语言训练，观察组在对照组基础上家属配合言语的康复治疗。结果：经过3个月的治疗，总有效率观察组84．6oA，优于对照组66．7%（P〈0．05）。结论：家属配合语言康复治疗对患者的语言功能的恢复有促进作用。
Objective： speech training for family members with the therapeutic effects of severe aphasia. Methods：50 cases of severe aphasia were randomly divided into two groups of 26 cases and the control group 24 patients in the control group received only conventional drug therapy and language training,the observation group in the control group on the basis of the families with the rehabilitation of speech.Results：After 3 months of treatment,the total effective observation group 84.6%,better than the control group 66.7% （P〈0.05） .Conclusion：families with language rehabilitation therapy on recovery of language function in patients with a facilitating role.
