摘要
主要介绍了氧化锆纤维的制备方法、性能及应用。氧化锆纤维的主要制备方法有前驱体载体溶液浸渍法、共混纺丝法、熔胶凝胶法和静电纺丝法等。氧化锆纤维最突出的性能是优异的耐高温和隔热性能,作为聚合物基、金属基或陶瓷基复合材料的增强纤维,广泛应用于航空航天和国防军事等领域。
Recent development of preparing approaches, properties and application introduced. Some methods of preparing ZrO2 fibers, such as solution impregnation onto of ZrO2 fibers were mainly cloth precursors, blending spinning,sol-gel methods and electrospinning were specially given. It was also suggested that ZrO2 fibers perform notable high temperature resistance and thermal insuluation, which were widely used in aerospace and military fields as reinforcement fibers of polymer, metal and ceramic based composites.
