摘要
新疆羊肉产业链基本上分为传统羊肉产业链和现代羊肉产业链。前者实行成本优先战略,后者实行需求导向战略。虽然目前传统羊肉产业链仍占主要地位,但由于以屠宰加工企业逐步壮大,它们所代表的现代羊肉产业链积极推动肉羊生产、屠宰加工、羊肉销售流通的一体化发展模式,其创造的终极价值越来越高于传统产业链模式创造的价值。现代产业链的模式优势必将进一步显现。
Xinjiang mutton industry can basically be divided into traditional mutton industrial chain and modem mutton industrial chain. The former practices the strategy of cost priority and the later implements the strategy of demand guidance. Though, the traditional mode is still in the dominant position at present, the modern one represented by the growing slaughtering and processing enterprises promotes an intergreated mode of production, processing and sales. The ultimate value it creates is becoming higher than the one of the traditionalmode. The advantages of the modem mode is bound to be salient further.
