摘要
采用Pro/E4.0建立NGW行星轮系中的行星齿轮的三维实体模型,使用Pro/Mechanica的集成工作模式建立行星齿轮有限元模型,并利用PRO/Mechanical对齿轮进行了静态分析.通过灵敏度分析确定了对齿轮应力影响较大的结构设计参数,在提高行星齿轮优化设计的效率方面具有重要作用.
A NGW planetary gear train of the planetary gear's 3D solid model is created by Pro/E4.0. A planetary gear's FEM is created by a integrated mode in Pro/Mechaniea, and the static stress analysis of gear is done. A greater impact on the stress of the structure of gear design parameters is achieved by sensitivity analysis, which can provide the reference data to impove the efficiency of optimal design of planetary gear.
