摘要
本文在总结本院学科建设存在问题的基础上,借鉴"生态"的内涵,提出了"生态型"学科的概念和建设原则,并从学科组合模式,人才建设机制,投入机制和创新机制建设四方面论述了构建"生态型"学科发展模式的主要举措,最后对医院学科建设的重要性提出了几点思考。
Based on the analysis of existing problems in medical disciplines development,the author put forward the concept of ecological type discipline and its building principle using for reference of the connotation of ecology.The author also discussed the main measures of discipline building from four aspects,which included the combined mode of discipline,building mechanism of talents,input mechanism and innovation mechanism.Finally,the author made some reflections on the importance of the construction of medical disciplines in hospital.
