公司社会责任对顾客影响过程特征研究

摘要 公司社会责任(简称CSR)问题已经成为公司可持续发展的重要课题,足够的实证结果已经表明公司社会责任对顾客消费意识和消费行为的影响,但少有文献涉及公司社会责任影响顾客的具体过程。文章首先对国内外的相关文献进行了综述,并阐明我国现阶段研究公司社会责任的实际意义,然后深入分析公司社会责任影响顾客消费的基本特征,并针对公司履行CSR提出建议。
