摘要
近30年来,内蒙古的少数民族人口增长迅速。在优惠的少数民族人口政策的作用下,内蒙古的少数民族人口数量增长迅速;国家对少数民族的各项照顾政策使一部分人为能够享受这些政策纷纷更改民族成分,基本上所有民族通婚家庭所生子女均选报少数民族成分。民族政策的不完善以及在执行过程中的流于表面,使得少数民族人口增长的事实不容忽视,新时期下重新审视我们的民族政策尤其是政策的执行情况已经迫在眉睫。
In the past thirty years, there is a rapid growth of the Mongolian population under the privileged ethnic population policies. In order to enjoy these policies, some people change their national identity, and children from ethnic intermarriage families all choose ethnic national identity. Due to the deficiencies and the superfacial implementations of these national policies, such a population growth should not be ignored and it is urgent to reflect over these policies and their implementations in the new era.
