摘要 本研究以对中国11个城市2000多位大、中、小学生家庭的教育投入情况调查数据为基础,计算、分析了中国城镇居民家庭的学校教育投入和学校外教育投入的现状和特点;通过计算负担率、教育支出占消费支出比例和运用判别分析计量方法,揭示出城镇居民家庭教育投入负担过重、教育投入占家庭消费支出比例过高、相当多的个人家庭存在着教育投入过度等特征。最后,提出了采取有区别的策略降低个人家庭教育投入的总体水平,引导个人家庭教育投入进入良性发展轨道,改革教育管理和教育经费管理的制度和方法等建议。 Based on the results of the survey on the educational inputs of over 2000 families having primary, secondary and college students in 11 Chinese cities, this paper calculates and analyzes the situations and characteristics of Chinese urban families'educational inputs inside and outside schools. By calculating the burden rate and the proportion of educational expenditure to the gross family's expenditure, and using the method of distinguishing analysis calculation, it reveals the characteristics such as overburdened educational inputs of urban households, higher proportion of educational inputs to families'expenditure, excessive educational inputs of a considerable number of families, and etc. Finally, it suggests that the general level of educational inputs of individual families should be reduced by adopting differentiated strategies, the educational inputs of individual families should be guided into a healthy development track, the systems and methods of educational management and educational funding management should be reformed and so on.
