摘要
目前我国农村村务公开经过多年的努力和发展,呈现出良好的发展态势。但同时也要清醒地看到,假公开、不公开、公开不规范等问题仍然不同程度地存在。为更好地保障村民民主权利,在修订相关法律法规时,应继续鼓励和依法推进各地制度创新;继续完善村务公开监督机制;加强重点村治理工作;努力提高农村干部群众的法律法规意识。
After many years of endeavor and development, nowadays, the system of village affairs openness presents well. However, we must see calmly that such problems as false openness, non-openness and openness without regulation exist in some degree. To safeguard the villager＇s democratic rights, the revision of relating laws and regulations should continue to encourage and advance by law the system innovation, continue to perfect the system of public surveillance and strengthen the goveruanee work of key villages, and try to raise the legal awareness of the rural cadres and the villagers.
