摘要
针对在公共图书馆管理中,重微观管理,细节管理;轻宏观管理,战略管理的实际,现代公共图书馆服务必须树立新的管理理念,同时加强对图书馆宏观管理战略的研究与实践,以促进公共图书馆事业健康、持续发展。
This aims at addressing itself to the management of public library which focuses on detailed micro - management with the neglection of macro - management. It draws the conclusion that new management concepts need to be built up for modern public library, and research and practice on macro -management of library need to be strengthened in the hope of promoting the healthy and sustained development of public library.
