摘要
大学生随着年龄的增长，自尊心和竞争意识随之增强，容易对班上成绩优异，出类拔萃的同学产生嫉妒心理，而导致班级中形成螃蟹文化。本文分析了螃蟹文化在高校学生中的表现及其危害，并在此基础上给出了班级管理避免形成螃蟹文化的策略。
As the college students grow up, their self-esteem and sense of competition increase . They are easy to envy the excellent students which lead to the formation of crab-culture . Tkis paper analyzes the performances and hazards of crab-culture in college classes and gives the strategies of avoiding the formation of crab-culture.
