摘要
目的研究咪喹莫特对尖锐湿疣患者外周血ToL1样受体(TLR)4表达的影响。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法,测定16例尖锐湿疣患者治疗前后外周血及16例正常对照者外周血中TLR4mRNA的定量表达。结果尖锐湿疣患者外周血中TLR4mRNA的表达高于正常对照者外周血的表达水平(t=10.82,P<0.001)。尖锐湿疣患者经过咪喹莫特治疗8周后,皮损消退,外周血中TLR4mRNA的表达水平低于患者治疗前的表达水平(t=10.74,P<0.001),但与正常对照者的表达水平差异无统计学意义(t=1.05,P=0.300 8)。结论TLR4的表达增高与尖锐湿疣的发病有关。咪喹莫特抑制尖锐湿疣外周血TLR4mRNA的过度表达,可能是咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣的作用机制之一。
Objective To study the regulation of imiquimod on TLR4 in the peripheral blood of patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods Sixteen adult patients with condyloma acuminatum and 16 health control were sequentiaUy enrolled in this study. Serum levels of TLR4mRNA were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction in 16 cases with condyloma acuminatum before and after treatament with imiquimod for 8 weeks and 16 health control. Results The serum levels of TLR4mRNA before treatment were significantly higher than that of health control ( t = 10. 82,P 〈 0. 001 ). Expression of serum TLR4mRNA in condyloma acuminatum was significantly decreased after 8 weeks imiquimod treatment( t = 10. 74, P 〈 0. 001 ), and the serum levels of TLR4mRNA had no significant difference between the 2 groups ( t = 1.05, P = 0. 3008 ). Conclusion TLR4 plays an important role in the development and advance of imiquimod. The results show that imiquimod could inhibit the over expression of TLR4mRNA in patients with condyloma acuminatum.
