摘要
离心泵反转运行当做能量回收透平回收液体能量,关键是如何选择合适的工作水泵.从量纲分析的角度出发,提出水泵反转运行的性能预测数学模型.根据该数学模型,分别对比转速为32.2、46.2、63.3的3台化工离心泵进行数值模拟试验,利用所得的试验数据,计算并拟合出离心泵反转工况时的性能预测计算式,为工厂用水泵反转运行回收液体压力能提供选型依据.
Reverse operation of centrifugal pumps can play the role of energy recovery turbine to recover fluid energy and its key is how to select a proper working pump for it. Based on dimensional analysis, a mathematical model for predicting the performance of the pumps working as turbines was put forwar& On the basis of this model, three chemical centrifugal pumps with specific speed of n3=32. 2, 46.2, 63. 3 were experimentally simulated in reverse modes. Using the obtained numerical result, a computation formula of performance prediction of the pumps operated in reverse mode was derived and data-fitted, providing a type selection basis for the pump manufacturers to recover fluid pressure energy with pump reverse operation.
