摘要
为了实现农业运作平台的数字化,设计了一套基于偏置轴驱动轮的柔性底盘控制系统。主要进行了单轮驱动控制系统的设计:驱动控制器接收中央控制器输出的信号,决定电磁摩擦锁绕组的锁紧力和平衡位置电机的转动位置;控制器中单片机将相对转角与油门信号叠加作为输出控制信号,通过集成驱动电路,采用PWM方式控制轮毂电机速度。
In order to realize the agricultural operation platform digitization, design a control system based on the flexible chassis of bias axis driving wheel, this thesis mainly design the single - wheel drive control system, drive controller receive the output signal of the central controller to decide the tight locking force of electromagnetic friction block winding and the rotational position of balanced position motor. Single chip add the relative rotation angle and the throttle signal as output control signals, through the integrated driver circuit and PWM system to control speed of the in - wheel motor.
