摘要
该文报道了钨超微电极的制作方法,利用电化学氧化的手段在钨超微区域衍生三氧钨膜而制成三氧化钨/钨(WO3/W)pH超微电极。实验发现,在pH2.0~13.0的范围内,WO3/W超微电极对H+是较好的响应,相关系数为0.9996,斜率为56.6mV/pH。将超微电极应用于心肌细胞缺血性损伤的研究中,结果满意。
The processing of fabricating tungsten trioxide/tungsten and tungsten ultramicroelectrede is described in this paper. Tungsten trioxide/tungsten pH ultramicroeletrede could be fabricated by preducing tungsten trioxide film at tungsten ultramicroclectrede surface by electrooxidation. WO3/W electrede exhibits a good reponse to H+ in the range of pH2. 50 to 12. 50, r = 0. 9996, slope is 56. 6mV/pH. The ultramicroelectrede is applied for the investigation of myocardial ischemic injury with satisfactory results.
