摘要 使用河北省81个气象台站的常规观测霾资料,对1961-2008年霾出现的年平均日数分布特征和年代际变化进行了统计分析。发现河北霾出现频数分布与地形具有密切联系。山麓地区霾平均出现频数显著高于其两侧的平原和山地,山间盆地霾频数显著高于周边地区。对其原因进行了分析,发现霾出现频数与当地年平均风速和大气污染程度有关。这些结果对于了解河北霾的出现规律及其防治具有积极意义,可供该省某些工厂企业的选址、政府部门的大气环境治理决策参考。 This paper is aimed to give a statistical analysis of the distribution characteristics of average haze days and annual change from 1961 to 2008 based on the routine observation information of 81 meteorological observatories in Hebei Province. It is observed that the haze frequency distribution in Hebei Province is closely related with the terrain. The average haze frequency in the foot of a mountain is by far higher than that in the plains and mountainous regions on the two sides of the mountain. The haze frequency of a basin is much higher than that of its neighboring regions. It is found that the haze frequency is associated with the annual average wind speed and air pollution degree. These findings are of vital significance to a better understanding of the haze pattern and its prevention and treatment in Hebei Province, and have reference value to the site selection of some factories or enterprises and the air environmental treatment policies of the government departments.
