摘要
喷油器对农用柴油机经济性有重要影响,为了提高农用柴油机经济性和动力性,设计了以AT89C52单片机为核心的农用柴油机喷油器雾化性能点火检测系统。该系统通过外夹式压力传感器检测高压油管内压力波的方法确定点火时刻,实现了喷油器雾化性能检测。同时,用Matlab/Simulink对该系统进行了仿真,结果表明,系统响应速度快、稳定,符合设计要求。
Injector has important influence on ecomonical performance of agricultural diesel engine, in order to improve ecomonical and dynamic performance of agricultural diesel engine, an ignition detection system for atomization performance of agricultural diesel engine injector is designed based on AT89C52 MCU. Igniting time is determined by using an external pressure sensor to detect the pressure wave in high pressure fuel pipe. The detection for atomization performance is realized. The simulation results show that the system is of high response speed, accuracy and stability and meets the design requirements.
