摘要
为了降低花生果在脱壳过程中的机械损伤,通过对国内外花生脱壳机械的调研与资料检索,对国内外花生脱壳装置的主要类型进行了结构技术剖析,主要分析了各种花生脱壳机械的工作原理、结构特点、工作性能等方面,该研究将为进一步研究花生脱壳机理、脱壳方法及设计新型花生脱壳机提供参考。
In order to reduce the mechanical damage of peanuts in shelling process, after having investigated peanut shelling machinery at home and abroad, we proceeded the analysis of shelling principle and of construction and technique of shelling equipment on peanut, and mainly analyzed every kind of peanut sheller on working principle, peculiarity of framework, working performance and so on. So it may provide reference for farther research on mechanism principle and methods of peanuts shelling and designing new model peanuts shellers.
