详细阐述了软PLC-ClassicLadder的运行原理,采用硬件抽象层(HAL)技术,将软PLC封装成HAL组件。采用共享内存实现与软PLC界面模块的通讯,通过HAL引脚(pin)来实现其与所有外部的通信。ClassicLadder脱离了固定的硬件平台,具有良好的可移植性,可实现软硬件的并行性开发。并将ClassicLadder应用于锂电池极耳焊接系统的过程控制中,取得了理想的控制效果。
Introduces the development and concept of Soft PLC, Moreover, the project of ClassicLadder is described completely, and the key technology is interpreted in detail. Combined with the Hardware Abstraction Layer technology, ClassicLadder having a defined HAL is easily portable across different hardware. Applications show that the ClassicLadder can be fulfilled with the need of the real production.
