摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉周围炎的疗效。方法:将42例(47眼)视网膜静脉周围炎患者随机分为治疗组22例(24眼)和对照组20例(23眼);治疗组:按中医辨证分型服用中药和静脉点滴地塞米松及眶周注射复方樟柳碱治疗,对照组:给予止血剂及激素治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.45%,疗程平均3周,对照组为60.00%,疗程平均6周,两组比较P=0.018<0.05.治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:采用中西医结合的方法治疗视网膜静脉周围炎,见效快且效果明显优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on eales,disease.Methods：42（47eyes）cases of eales,disease patients randomly divided into treatment group 22 cases（24 eyes）and control group 20 cases（23 eyes）;Treatment group according to Traditional Chinese Medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome of Chinese medicine services,orbital injection Anisodine and intravenous drip of dexamethasone therapy,such as the control group given hemostatic agents and intravenous drip of dexamethasone treatment.Results：Treatment group the total effective rate was 95.45%,an average of two weeks treatment,the control group was 60.00%,the average one-month course of treatment,two groups P=0.0180.05.The treatment group effect was superior to the control group.Conclusion：Used with the method of traditional Chinese medicine combined western medicine for periphlebitis retinae,we got fastest and better efficacy than western medicine.
