摘要 对以Zr65Cu17.5Al7.5Ni10为基体的非晶合金中添加微量廉价的Fe元素,采用铜模吸铸法在不同电压下制备出直径3 mm大块非晶合金。利用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和微机控制电子式万能试验机等技术手段研究了不同吸铸电压对Zr60Cu17.5Al7.5Ni10Ti5大块非晶合金的微观结构、玻璃形成能力、压缩力学性能以及断口形貌的影响。结果表明非晶材料的性能与吸铸电压有着密切相关的联系。 By adding minor amount of cheap element Fe into metallic glass based on Zr63Cu17.5Al7.5Ni10 composite, bulk metallic glass (BMG) in diameter of 03 mm was successfully synthesized by copper mold suction casting method at different voltages. The effect of suctioncasting voltages on the microstructure, glass forming ability, compressive mechanical property and fracture features of Zr63Cu17.5Al7.5Ni10Fe2 bulk amorphous were investigated by means of X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and computer controlled electronic mechanical testing system. The results show that the property of the amorphous is closely related to suction-casting voltage.
